Maintenance
The idea behind maintaining a Word To The Press site is simple: Make it work well, all the time. Once your site is complete, we will cut you loose with it, but we’re certainly not far away should you need any help.
What our maintenance service includes:
- Making sure your copy of WordPress is up-to-date, which will keep your site secure and efficient.
- Making sure everything is configured correctly, from WP plugins, to email accounts, to any other feature you need from us as your web host.
What our maintenance service does NOT include:
- Updating your content. We will assist as needed, but this necessitates an additional fee, billed by the quarter-hour. WordPress is designed to be easy for you to manage.
- Magical recovery of anything you delete. We do create nightly backups of our server, but recovering content from within a database is not always possible. A full database restoration would likely need to occur, which could result in the loss of some of the more current data.
